Senior UI/UX Designer

What You'll Be Working On

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to shape the user experience of the Sibyl Ecosystem — the enterprise dashboards, management consoles, commerce storefronts, and developer tools used by thousands of enterprise professionals every day.

Good enterprise UX is one of the hardest design problems. Enterprise users are domain experts who need efficiency and power, not hand-holding. At Sibyl, we believe great enterprise design is invisible — it accelerates workflows without introducing friction, makes complex data immediately comprehensible, and respects the intelligence of the people using it.

You will work directly with product managers and engineering leads on the Insight Engine dashboard, Sibyl Finance reporting interface, and Sibyl Studio's low-code builder. You will also maintain and evolve the Sibyl Design System — the component library, patterns, and guidelines used by all product teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead UX design for complex enterprise products — dashboards, data tables, form-heavy workflows, and multi-step processes
• Conduct user research — interviews, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations — with enterprise clients and internal power users
• Produce high-fidelity Figma designs, interactive prototypes, and developer-ready specifications
• Evolve and maintain the Sibyl Design System — components, tokens, pattern library, and usage guidelines
• Work closely with engineering to ensure implementation fidelity and resolve design edge cases
• Champion accessibility — ensure all designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards
• Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying UX-driven opportunities for competitive differentiation

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience in a product or SaaS company
• Strong Figma proficiency — components, auto-layout, interactive prototyping, and developer handoff
• Experience designing complex data-heavy interfaces — dashboards, data tables, analytics, and reporting
• Portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking (research, information architecture, flows) and UI craft (visual quality, detail, consistency)
• Understanding of interaction design principles and enterprise workflow patterns
• Ability to collaborate directly with engineers and communicate design decisions technically
• Experience contributing to or building a design system

Nice to Have

• Experience with design tokens and Figma Variables for multi-theme design systems
• Basic frontend skills — HTML/CSS understanding helps in engineering collaboration
• Experience in the enterprise software, fintech, or SaaS industry
• Familiarity with accessibility testing tools and WCAG 2.1 guidelines
