Product Manager — ERP Suite

What You'll Be Working On

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap and strategy for the Sibyl ERP Suite — Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital, and Project HQ. You will translate complex enterprise workflows into elegant product experiences used by CFOs, HR leaders, and operations teams across Pakistan, UAE, and the UK.

This is a deeply cross-functional role. You will partner with enterprise clients to understand their workflow pain points, work with engineering to translate requirements into specifications, and collaborate with sales to position product capabilities competitively. Your decisions will directly affect how hundreds of enterprise clients manage their finances, people, and supply chains.

The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for enterprise software and understands that good enterprise UX is not the same as good consumer UX. Enterprise users are experts in their domain — Finance, HR, Supply Chain — and the best ERP product experiences respect and amplify that expertise rather than oversimplify it.

What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap for Sibyl Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital, and Project HQ — prioritising ruthlessly based on client impact and business value
• Conduct deep discovery interviews with enterprise clients — CFOs, HR Directors, Supply Chain Managers — to understand workflow pain points
• Write clear, detailed product requirements that engineering teams can implement without ambiguity
• Define and measure product success metrics — adoption, time-to-value, NPS, and business outcome improvement
• Collaborate with sales and solutions engineering to support enterprise deals — demos, RFPs, and competitive analysis
• Work with UX designers to create intuitive interfaces for complex enterprise workflows
• Manage the ERP product backlog — triage bugs, evaluate feature requests, and maintain sprint-ready specifications

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Deep understanding of at least one ERP domain — finance, HR, supply chain, or project management
• Track record of shipping product features that measurably improved business metrics for clients
• Ability to write clear, complete product specifications without handholding from engineering
• Experience working with enterprise clients — comfortable running discovery interviews and QBRs
• Strong analytical skills — able to use data to support product decisions and communicate impact
• Understanding of Pakistani business compliance requirements (FBR, SECP, PESSI, EOBI) is a strong asset

Nice to Have

• Experience with an established ERP product — SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
• Domain expertise in Pakistani/UAE financial compliance and reporting requirements
• Familiarity with agile product development and Scrum ceremonies
• Prior experience as a finance professional, HR manager, or supply chain operator
