About the Role

What You'll Be Working On

We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive Sibyl Technologies' revenue growth across Pakistan and the GCC region. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through to contract negotiation and close — for deals ranging from PKR 5M to 150M+ annually.

This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role. You will manage a defined territory, build your own pipeline, and close complex enterprise deals that often involve multiple stakeholders — CTO, CFO, CISO, and procurement — over sales cycles of 3-9 months. Our solutions are genuinely transformative for enterprise clients, and you will be selling with a strong technical support system including solutions engineers and subject matter experts.

Our strongest performers come from backgrounds in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS sales. You should understand the enterprise buying process deeply, be comfortable presenting to C-suite audiences, and have a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a complex B2B environment.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities in your assigned territory — Pakistan (financial services, retail, healthcare) and GCC
  • Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Present the Sibyl Ecosystem to senior technical and business stakeholders — CTO, CISO, CFO, and CEO
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers on technical discovery sessions, demos, and proof-of-concept scoping
  • Negotiate enterprise contracts — MSAs, SOWs, SLAs — with procurement and legal teams
  • Accurately forecast your pipeline and deliver against quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain and grow accounts post-close through expansion selling and executive relationship management
  • Provide market feedback to the product team — what prospects want that we do not yet build
Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B technology sales experience with a track record of quota attainment
  • Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder deals with cycles of 3+ months and deal sizes of $100K+
  • Comfortable presenting to C-suite audiences — structured communication, executive presence, confidence under pressure
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise technology landscape — cloud, SaaS, ERP, or cybersecurity
  • Strong territory management and pipeline hygiene — proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
  • Experience in Pakistani financial services, retail, healthcare, or government accounts is a strong advantage
  • Excellent Urdu and English communication — written and verbal
Bonus Points

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience selling cloud infrastructure, ERP, or cybersecurity solutions
  • Existing executive-level relationships in Pakistani banking, telecom, or retail sectors
  • GCC sales experience — UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Kuwait market knowledge
  • Understanding of RFP/tendering processes for government and enterprise procurement
